This is the 2nd time staying here. This hotel meets all expectations. Beds/pillows are comfy. The rooms are very clean. Love the fire places in the rooms. Staff very friendly! Great location. We definitely will be booking here in the future.

This place was alright, I enjoyed that is was within walking distance to the trolley station and some other nice shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the bed was like a slab of stone, hard and uncomfortable. There is no jacuzzi as advertised. The pool was alright, a tad dirty but it was empty my entire stay so I did get to swim in peace, which was nice. Balconies are not private, they are shared with the room next to you, I’m not sure if that was advertised or not either. Other than those things my stay was fine, staff was very smiley and friendly.

Got to the hotel and checked in with no problems. They had updated the room some but you can tell lot of the room is outdated. Very limited on tv service so have things planned out to do. Also coffee pot looks like from the 50’s and they do not supply coffee in the room you have to go down to lobby and ask for it. Fire place so stain up can’t see the flame. Jacuzzi as old as the hotel and also stain. No sink or mirror in bathroom. They are behind the door as you walk in. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Could not get a refund.

We always love this hotel. Service is welcoming. Lobby is beautiful n now at Christmas time it's enchanting. We asked for the same room we had the first time we stayed and they gave us our same room.

1st time stay! Love the room with the king bed and jacuzzi tub! Balcony was great to! Great location. All around great hotel. Will stay again when in Pigeon Forge!

We chose this hotel based on it's location. We came to town for the Ford F100s and wanted to stay on the strip to be able to see the trucks drive up and down. The balcony was perfect for that! Enjoyed the view of the Old Mill and loved …

Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking Old Mill. We loved the faux wood floors and fireplace in our room. We also loved the separate rooms. We will return
